Hair Extension Disclaimer & Warranty Policy

At our salon, we stand behind the quality of our hair extension work and want every client to be completely satisfied. In order to protect both the integrity of the extensions and the results we provide, the following policy applies:

Once hair extensions have been installed by our salon, any work performed on the extensions by another stylist or salon will automatically void our warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Moving up or reinstalling the extensions
• Coloring, toning, or chemical services
• Cutting or altering the extensions
• Maintenance performed outside of our salon
• Any attempt to adjust or correct the extensions by another person

If an issue arises with your extensions, we must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct the work ourselves. We are happy to fix any concerns related to our installation within a reasonable timeframe.

If another stylist or salon performs any corrective work before we have had the opportunity to address the issue, no refunds, reimbursements, or credits will be issued.

By receiving hair extension services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
