Message from Rose Kaiser about Dimensional Designs Closing in Response to COVID-19

8:00 tonight, Thursday, March 19, 2020, Dimensional Designs is officially closed.

This is the first time in 32 years Dimensional Designs has closed its doors.

Tuesday September 11, 2001...

One of the most tragic events our nation has ever experienced… The Dimensional Designs Family was hard at work. We gathered our children, we gathered our family… We made phone calls to our clients… We helped our community anyway we could. And on September 12 we opened our doors… Even if it was just for people to come in for coffee and talk about the events.

We spent the next few days gathering there, just because it was such a safe haven for so many people. Even during Sandy we were the first ones to open… just to put on yet another pot of coffee, so our community had somewhere to go. We brought in a generator… and we allowed other businesses to plug in.

Our salon has always been a family-owned salon, with the support of our community.  A place where everyone was welcome… and everyone could just come and hang out… a place that you could feel beautiful inside and out.

Yes, we do hair, and yes, we do nails… But there’s so much more that goes on under our roof.  There is such a great feeling of community, friendship and belonging. There are always so many people in our salon. So many good hearts, so much laughter… so much hustle and bustle.

Well tonight, we are mandated to close.

It is with such a heavy heart we have to put aside our place of happy gatherings. For the good of all, and for the safety of our clients and our salon family, our salon closed our doors tonight.

We want to thank all of you for the support over the last few weeks.

This is very hard for all of us… and we want all of you to know how very much we appreciate your business and we appreciate how much love has always been felt by every person that has entered our salon.

Please be safe; please honor the guidelines that have been put in place for the coronavirus.

Let’s all practice social distancing… but let’s not practice hibernation!
